How Our Referral Process Works
Step 1
Step 1: Submit Your Referral – Provide us with the contact details and resume of the candidate you wish to refer.
Step 2
Step 2: Candidate Evaluation – Our team will review the candidate’s qualifications and experience to ensure they meet our clients’ needs.
Step 3
Step 3: Placement and Reward – Once the candidate is successfully placed and completes 90 days at the company, you will receive your $250 Amazon Gift Card.
Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our referral program, both the referrer and the referred candidate must reside and work in the United States. The candidate must be placed by FullyRemote.ai by December 31, 2024, and must remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.
Referral Rewards
Upon the successful placement of your referred candidate, you will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card as a token of our appreciation. Multiple referrals are welcome, and each successful placement qualifies for a reward.
Referral Process
Submit your referral by sending an email to Kelly@fullyremote.ai. We will handle the rest and keep you updated on any positive developments. Your involvement ends after the initial referral, and we will manage all subsequent steps.
Program Rules
The referral program is open to individuals who can legally work in the United States. Referrals must be new candidates who are not already active candidates. Due to potential conflict of interest, referral fee will not paid if company where candidate is placed is same as where the referrer is employed. With that said, we want to give you $250 and we want you to give us a shout out on LinkedIn. We promise to play fair! FullyRemote.ai reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
